Pakistani Fashion Model :
Natasha Paracha, only the sixth woman in the history of his country to be named Miss World Pakistan when he won that honor earlier this year, also serves as the president of Pakistan Relations with the International Renewable Energy United Nations.
Miss Natasha Paracha graduated in 2005 from the University of California at Berkeley earning a degree in Political Science and Business Administration. The university also founded the Pakistan Student Association.
Besides his work at the United Nations, Ms. Natasha Paracha has created a nonprofit foundation, Vision Development, in which the goal is to reach the poverty-stricken regions in Pakistan.
"My intention as Miss Pakistan World is to raise awareness and help the world understand the plight of my fellow countrymen," said Natasha Paracha. "I'm interested in dispelling misperceptions of the country of Pakistan, as well as aid in the empowerment of women in my country. The role of women in Pakistan is one of the most misunderstood concepts in the world today."
Natasha Paracha participation in renewables and alternatives led to the formation of non-profit organizaton dedicated to clean water initiatives in the Middle East, Haiti, Libya and Brazil.
